How We Can Help
Hormone Optimization & Weight Loss
If you are dealing with hormone or thinking you may have a thyroid issue, its important to test to see what your levels are. Once we have blood work, we align those things with your symptoms and come up with a plan that addresses the foundational lifestyle details that are most important. Then we consider further intervention if needed. Its important to note that no change happens over night and that consistency and dedication to health and wellbeing are the main factors.
Lifestyle Optimization
While there are always outside things that can help, there is never a "magic pill". We must partner these interventions with lifestyle change (nutritional, movement, sleep and stress management) and a dedication to overall physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. It is critical to understand the implications of stress on our body. While eliminating stress is not possible, reducing it where we can (in our environmental, emotional, physical etc) can help tremendously. I always encourage people to "be in control of what you can have control over", meaning, if you have a choice, make the better choice. Taking control of your health is the first step in long term healing and health optimization.
Symptom Management & Alleviation
There are lots of times that we are told that the only way to deal with an issue is to manage it and from a health perspective, I don't entirely agree with that statement. There are so many health conditions that can be alleviated and even reversed with lifestyle optimization and some supplements and therapies that work on a physiological level. As mentioned earlier, we do our best to give the body a fighting chance but doing what we can from a foundational perspective (nutritional, movement, sleep and stress management) to alleviate many things. Then, for any remaining concerns that persist due to long-term dysfunction, we can turn to additional therapies and interventions. This comprehensive approach allows us to go beyond mere management, offering a path to true health improvement.

Types of Sessions
Initial Health Coaching Consult
The initial consultation is an opportunity to meet and discuss your unique concerns in a safe and supportive environment. During this session, we’ll explore your goals and challenges, assess your needs, and collaborate on the best approach for your counseling journey. It’s also a time to answer any questions you may have about the process and build a comfortable rapport.
For your initial consultation, it is recomended to complete some blood work prior to the session to ensure a comprehensive understanding of your physical health. This will help provide insights into any underlying medical factors that might be affecting your mental well-being. Be sure to check with your healthcare provider for a blood work requisition.
Follow up Consult
In a follow-up consultation, we’ll review your progress, discuss any challenges, and adjust protocols as needed. This session provides an opportunity to refine strategies and ensure that the approach remains aligned with your evolving needs. It’s a collaborative space for continued growth and support, focusing on both the progress made and areas requiring further attention.
Accountability Check-In
An accountability check-in is a brief session designed to assess your progress, review any challenges, and reinforce your commitment to personal goals. It’s an opportunity to stay on track, celebrate wins, and make adjustments as needed to ensure continued success. This session provides a supportive space to keep you motivated and focused on your growth, with a clear action plan moving forward.
