How long are sessions
Both individual counselling & health coaching sessions are 50 minutes long. Couples counselling sessions are typically 90 min long.
How much do you charge?
- Individual counselling sessions are priced at $150 per 50 minute session.
- Couples counselling sessions are priced at $230 per 90 min session.
- Health coach sessions are $220 per 50 minute session.
What is your cancelation policy?
A minimum of 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Missed appointments will be charged half the cost of the session.
Can our sessions be covered by insurance?
If you are booking a counselling session, yes! Corrie is a Registered Social Worker through the Alberta College of Social Workers. Registered social workers are accepted through most health insurance plans.
Note: Some providers only cover MSW. If this is the case you might be able to use your health spending OR keep your receipts for taxes and claim under Medical Expenses.
Health coaching is not currently available under insurance coverage, unless you have a health spending account.

How do I know if I need mental health support?
- It’s tough to decide when seeking support is or is not needed; remember that seeking mental health support does not mean something is wrong with you. It’s simply a proactive step towards taking care of your mental and emotional well-being. With that being said, mental health support may be helpful if you experience:
- Persistent emotional distress or negative thoughts
- Stress or burnout
- Loss of interest in activities
- Feel stuck or without direction
- Difficulty in daily functioning
