Tele-Health Session
For those who prefer the comfort of home or have limited access to in-person services, Foundations Counselling offers convenient telehealth sessions. Our secure, video-based sessions allows you to connect with your counsellor from anywhere, making it easier to prioritize mental health even on a busy schedule. Tele-health is an ideal option for anyone in rural areas or for clients who need the flexibility of remote care while still receiving the same level of support and guidance.
Walk & Talk Session
If you feel more at ease outside or want a more dynamic therapeutic experience, our Walk & Talk sessions are a wonderful option. These sessions combine the benefits of counselling with the grounding effect of nature, allowing you to walk side-by-side with your counsellor in a comfortable, natural setting. Perfect for reducing stress and enhancing openness, Walk & Talk sessions can be especially helpful for those who feel more relaxed in outdoor settings, fostering a sense of freedom and flow in the therapeutic process.
